ANZA Technology Network is proud to present the 'Gateway to the US' Conference Program 2004. This exciting program is designed to provide a clear pathway for Australian and New Zealand technology companies as they enter or enhance their US presence.

It includes a series of events and activities in Australia and New Zealand leading up to the 3rd Annual Australia and New Zealand Technology Showcase Conference in Silicon Valley 26-28 October, 2004.

The eight month program has five essential elements: the US Experts Tour of Australia in August open to all technology executives; Boot Camps (Preparation Seminars) in Australia and New Zealand designed to prepare the showcasing companies for the conference; a US mentor program for Tier One showcasing companies as they lead up to the conference; the 3rd Annual Australia and New Zealand Technology Showcase Conference in Silicon Valley with pitching sessions, educational business forums, business networking, and valuable connections; and a Post Conference series of Showcase Newsletters that continue to promote the developments of Tier One showcasing companies.

All the details of the program are included in the relevant sections of this website. We welcome you to the 'Gateway to the US' Conference Program and look forward to your participation.

  US Experts Tour
Australia:  August 2-9

The launch of the 'Gateway to the US' Conference Program was held in most of the capital cities of Australia. Touring the country were four outstanding US executives who provided valuable insights on the opportunities in the US. The events were free and open to all technology executives.

For more information click to the US Experts Tour page.

  Boot Camps (Preparation Seminars)
Australia and New Zealand:  August 30 - September 10

Following the highly successful Boot Camp series in 2003 we will be holding one day Preparation Sessions in each capital city again this year. The Preparation Sessions are designed to prepare showcasing companies on how to maximize the opportunity of showcasing at the conference. The Boot Camps are highly recommended and mandatory for showcasing companies.

For more information and to register click to the Boot Camps page. (please note registration for Boot Camps opens August 1st).

  Mentors Program
September - October

The Mentors Program will connect Tier One showcasing companies with senior executives in the US who will provide assistance and input to companies as they lead up to the conference. The Mentors Program will commence immediately after the Preparation Sessions and finish at the conference.

For more information click to the Mentors Program page.

3rd Annual Australia & New Zealand Technology Showcase Conference
USA:  October 26-28

The three day conference is the pinnacle of the 'Gateway to the US' Conference Program. The conference provides showcasing/pitching opportunities for Australian and New Zealand innovative technology companies, educational business forums and workshops and excellent opportunities to network with executives in the US.

For more information and to register click to the Conference page. (please note registration for the conference opens August 1st).

  Post Conference Newsletters
November 2004 - March 2005

Why should the business development stop after the conference? We don't believe it should. That's why we will publish a 'Showcase Newsletter' for five months after the conference that continues to promote the developments of the Tier One companies who showcased at the conference. There will be exciting developments for these companies and we want to continue to promote them after the conference.
