Fast Track Company Commitment

The Fast Track to the US Program is designed for companies who are serious about success in the US market. Companies will need to commit significant time and resources to secure success through the Fast Track to the US Program.

The program has been designed in phases so companies can build their capabilities and maturity over a 15-month period resulting in market traction in the US. At the end of each phase selected companies will be invited to move on to the next stage of the program.

Each phase requires a higher level of commitment from the participating companies as they progress through the program

Phase One:

Completion of application questionnaire and presentation of business plan to US mentor team in Melbourne.

Fast Track to the US Phase One – Melbourne
1-7 August 2007


Phase Two:

One week in Silicon Valley at the conclusion of the Phase Two twice-monthly conference call meetings with mentor and ANZA Project Director. Significant commitment will be required to prepare a Go to Market Plan. This will require a C-level executive with company decision making authority as the key company contact.

3-5 December 2007


Phase Three:

Quarterly milestone meetings. Significant commitment to execution of the Go to Market Plan in the US including monthly meetings with mentor and ANZA Project Director.
