Fast Track Program Costs

The following costs are per company and include all mentor services, program activities, materials and reports. Costs do not include travel, accommodation or meals, these costs must be covered by the participants. All costs are in Australian dollars excluding GST.

Phase One - No Charge

Phase 1 provides each company with a private consultation including presentation and interview with a panel of US-based mentors and ANZA team members. The panel will discuss and assess your company’s opportunities, readiness and needs relative to the US market.

Selected companies will be invited on to Phase Two.

Phase Two - $13,500

During this phase companies will develop a strategic marketing plan for execution in Phase Three.

Costs include an intensive 3-month preparation and market development period working with a mentor and ANZA Project Director. Phase Two culminates in a 3-day Silicon Valley summit that includes:

  • US business strategy and planning sessions with mentors, ANZA network members and experts in various industry sectors.
  • FocUS Marketing Workshop session with presentation expert Dan Sapp and market analyst guru Chris Shipley.
  • Roundtable discussions with legal, financial and venture capital funding experts.

Selected companies will be invited on to Phase Three.

Phase Three - $32,600

During this phase you put your strategic US market plan to work and begin achieving your Fast Track objectives.

Costs include a 12-month period of continued mentoring and advice from the ANZA network and assistance in realizing your Fast Track plans. There will be four scheduled milestone meetings, to review, according to your company’s objectives:

  • securing partners
  • securing customers
  • securing investments
