Fast Track Schedule

The Fast Track to the US program has been designed in phases so your company can build its capabilities and maturity over a 15-month period resulting in a successfully implemented strategic market plan for the US. At the end of each phase selected companies are invited to move on to the next stage of the program.

Phase One:

Completion of application questionnaire and presentation of business plan to US mentor team in Melbourne. Selected companies will be matched with a mentor upon completion of Phase One.

Fast Track to the US Phase One – Melbourne
1-7 August 2007

Phase Two:

Phase Two culminates in a 3-day summit in Silicon Valley, USA. To prepare, you will have twice-monthly conference call meetings with your mentor and ANZA Project Director to craft and revise a strategic US market plan.

Fast Track Summit Week – Silicon Valley
3-5 December 2007

Phase Three:

Quarterly milestone meetings to assure you are achieving your goals. Monthly meetings with mentor and ANZA Project Director, or as needed to successfully implement your strategic US market plan and complete the Fast Track.
